Managing Director and Principal Consultant: Vanessa Hennigan, CPHR

Vanessa Hennigan, CPHR, is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Momentum HR, bringing 20 years of senior HR experience to the table. She has held management and senior HR positions in a wide range of private and public industries, including accounting, energy, oil and gas services, retail and hospitality, technology, financial services, municipal government, and post-secondary institutions.

Vanessa's extensive background enables her to provide you with targeted and strategic HR consultative services that are tailored to your business needs. Her approach is centered around building relationships and getting to know your business to identify your people's requirements. Vanessa is renowned for her collaborative and coaching approach to working with people.

Vanessa holds several certifications and credentials, including Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 practitioner, Transformational Coach (Coach Master's Academy), Prosci Change Management practitioner, and the Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She has also earned two coaching certifications from Mount Royal University and Coaching for Insights (Neuro-leadership Institute Foundation) from the City of Calgary. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree and an HR Business Management Certificate from the University of Calgary. Additionally, Vanessa is currently working towards achieving the International Coaching Federation ACC level certification.

Recruitment and HR Consultant: Carolina Huculak

Carolina Huculak is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in owning and managing various businesses across diverse industries, including event planning, home building, advertising, interior design, and social work. Her extensive professional background has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with people from all walks of life.

Carolina is renowned for her exceptional ability to put clients at ease and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that the right candidate is matched with the appropriate role. She attributes her success to her well-rounded expertise in working with people, which she has honed over the years.

Carolina received her education from Assiniboine College and the University of Manitoba, where she further developed her knowledge and skills. Additionally, she is committed to giving back to her community and dedicates a significant portion of her time to volunteering.

Senior HR Consultant: Andrea Stimpson

As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, Andrea Stimpson draws on her extensive human resources experience in the non-profit, and retail sectors, to deliver valuable and effective advisory, coaching, and HR best practices advice.  As a seasoned HR professional, Andrea works to creatively align an organization's HR Framework to its business strategy.  Using a best practice and highly relational approach, she aligns the people to accomplish the mission and achieve the strategic objectives.

A graduate from the Trinity Western School of Business, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management.

Sheis also certified in Lumina Spark, a professional development tool that supports individuals, teams and organizations to work more effectively and improve their bottom line.
